Personal Statement

I am dedicated to providing comprehensive and empathetic care to every patient I encounter. I strive to treat the whole person and stay up to date on new clinical guidelines and recommendations. It is an honor and privilege to care for our community of patients and be a part of such a wonderful and accomplished team of Physicians and support staff at Weill Cornell Medical College Pulmonary Practice.

Biographical Info

Kasey graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with an undergraduate degree in Biology. After spending some time in South America, she chose to pursue a career in nursing and attended Columbia University. After which, she worked as an RN on an Oncology Step-Down Unit at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia for 5 years. During her time at NYP-Columbia, she traveled to Nepal to provide care to rural communities without access to modern healthcare. This inspired her to expand her career to become a medical Provider with the intent of contributing care to a wider population. She began a new job coordinating care for newly diagnosed breast cancer patients at Weill Cornell and completed a master's program at Hunter College in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She developed a passion for Pulmonary Medicine while undergoing a Clinical Rotation at the Weill Cornell Pulmonary Clinic and transitioned into the Nurse Practitioner role after completion of her internship. 

Kasey's interests include pulmonary infections, asthma, COPD, emphysema, and bronchiectasis.
